A little girl came to visit and played with some things I’d thought to find new homes. She left behind two lovely ladies, one proudly showing off her gnawed off forearm.

By the way, it wasn’t me that chewed off my Barbies’ hands and feet, it was the dog!


Finally camera to hand in one of my favourite places, Pure Pop Records, in Barkly St, St Kilda,  to the excellent accompaniment of Jez Mead and The Skybombers. I make no apologies for any blurriness. Just call it art.

skinny pink legsSkinny skinny legs in tight pink jeans, towering platform shoes that made her heels kick in or was that just her wannabe model gait, grey striped top under cropped fur jacket, ragged, permed hair down her back. I never saw her face but she turned all the men’s heads on Fitzroy St, St Kilda.
